  1. LICENSE AGREEMENT:

  3.    You should carefully read the following terms and conditions before
  4. using this software.

  6.    For information on distributing the Shareware evaluation version of
  7. InfoPro see the section titled Shareware License.

  9. 1. EVALUATION AND REGISTRATION:
  10.  
  11.    This is not free software.  You are hereby licensed to use this
  12. software for evaluation purposes without charge for a period of 14 days.
  13. If you use this software after the 14 day evaluation period a
  14. registration fee of $15 is required.  Payments must be in US dollars
  15. drawn on a US bank, the payment method is Money Order, for more
  16. information e-mail us! When payment is received you will be sent
  17. a registered copy of the latest version of InfoPro.
  18.  
  19.    Unregistered use of InfoPro after the 14-day evaluation period is in
  20. violation of Romanian, U.S. and international Copyright laws and will be
  21. prosecuted to the maximum extent possible under the law!

  23. 2. DISTRIBUTION

  25.    Provided that you verify that you are distributing the Shareware
  26. Version (select Help from the InfoPro Dialog bar or About to check) you
  27. are hereby licensed to make as many copies of the Shareware version
  28. of this software and documentation as you wish; give exact copies of
  29. the original Shareware version to anyone; and distribute the Shareware
  30. version of the software and documentation in its unmodified form via
  31. electronic means.  There is no charge for any of the above.
  32.    You are specifically prohibited from charging, or requesting donations,
  33. for any such copies, however made; and from distributing the software
  34. and/or documentation with other products (commercial or otherwise) without
  35. prior written permission, with one exception:  Disk Vendors approved by
  36. the Association of Shareware Professionals are permitted to redistribute
  37. InfoPro, subject to the conditions in this license, without specific
  38. written permission.

  41. 3. REGISTERED VERSION:

  43.    One registered copy of InfoPro may either be used by many persons
  44. but only one installed copy at a time!
  45.    You may access the registered version of InfoPro through a network,
  46. provided that you have obtained individual licenses for the software
  47. covering all workstations that will access the software through the
  48. network.  For instance, if 8 different workstations will access
  49. InfoPro on the network, each workstation must have its own InfoPro
  50. license, regardless of whether they use InfoPro at different times
  51. or concurrently.

  53. 4. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

  55.    THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND
  56. WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY OTHER
  57. WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. Because of the various hardware
  58. and software environments into which InfoPro may be put, NO WARRANTY OF
  59. FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS OFFERED.

  61.    Good data processing procedure dictates that any program be thoroughly
  62. tested with non-critical data before relying on it.  The user must
  63. assume the entire risk of using the program.  ANY LIABILITY OF THE
  64. SELLER WILL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO PRODUCT REPLACEMENT OR REFUND
  65. OF PURCHASE PRICE.
