  3. To use this version of the car changer you must have the demo installed in 
  4. C:\Td4\Program Files\Accolade\Td4demo\
  5. this means that the cardata folder should be under
  6. C:\Td4\Program Files\Accolade\Td4demo\common\cardata\
  7.  
  8. Using The Sound Changer
  9. -----------------------
  10. You must choose your sound before you start up the game.
  11. And you must have the sound files to get the sound.
  12. You can get these sounds at www.td4.com
  13.  
  14. Using The Car Changer
  15. --------------------
  16. Open up the car changer before going into the demo.
  17. When you get to the main menu press cntrl + esc or alt + tab.
  18. Now choose your car from the new car menu.
  19. Go back in the game and choose the Viper GTS.
  20. When you start the game you should have the car you selected.

  22. Another Important Message
  23. ------------------------
  24. Back up all your cars to a diffrent directory.
  25. example:i have mine in a directory under common called "cars"
  26. Every time you quit the demo,that is when you completely shut 
  27. it down,you must copy the original vip.dat over the one in 
  28. the cardata folder.

  30. But if you copy all the original cars to
  31. C:\Td4\Program Files\Accolade\Td4demo\common\cars\
  32. you can use the car changer to change it back for you.
  33. Just select Viper GTS.
