******* 1.0 Introduction ********
This is the first Windows NT 4.0 driver release for the Pure3D by Canopus.
All necessary files are included with this update in order to complete
the installation. For any problems or questions please refer to section
4.0, Reporting Problems.
******* 2.0 Installation Instructions *******
To install this driver, run the self-extracting EXE program and
follow its directions.
******* 3.0 What's New *******
This is the first release of the Windows NT drivers for the Pure3D so
everything is new. If you have a bug to report and it is not reported
as fixed or known in this document then refer to section 4.0 for
Reporting Problems.
******* 3.1 Enhancements *******
1. Display utilities similar to the Windows 95 drivers.
******* 3.2 Fixes *******
No fixes at this time.
******* 3.3 Known Problems *******
1. No support for TV output on the Total3D cards like the Windows 95 drivers.
2. Flashing occurs on the TV when changing some TV settings in the TV Settings screen.
3. TV output does not turn off until Glide is launched or the Pure3D tab is accessed.
******* 4.0 Reporting Problems *******
If you find that you are having problems with your Pure3D that you cannot fix please
follow the steps below:
* Try to identify where the problem is.
(e.g., Application, Installation, Hardware)
* Try to identify what kind of problem you have.
(e.g., System Hang, General Protection Fault, Resource Conflict)
* Try to obtain any information related to the problem.
* If it is a resource conflict, what is the conflict.
(e.g., IRQ, I/O Address)
* If there is a General Protection Fault what module did it occur in
and at what address.
(e.g., General Protection Fault in Pure3d.DRV @ 1008:A053)
