  9.     Menusys and Menulib are shareware programs - they are not free
  10. software, or in the public domain.  You are licensed to try the routines
  11. in the accompanying .PBU files in your own programs not intended for
  12. distribution or sale, including compiling to standalone .EXE's.  However,
  13. if you wish to distribute programs that include Menusys/Menulib routines,
  14. registration is required.
  15.     
  16.     Single-user registration for both programs is $25.00 (twenty five 
  17. dollars), and entitles you to the source code for both libraries.  You will 
  18. also be entitled to ongoing technical support by mail for both libraries.

  20.     Businesses may NOT use the shareware version of Menusys/Menulib, as
  21. it is intended for evaluation purposes only.  A business may only run
  22. the demo .EXE programs included, and may NOT use Menusys/Menulib routines
  23. under ANY circumstances without registering.  A business is defined as an
  24. organization employing two or more people, and "business use" entails using
  25. these routines to further the financial gain of the organization.

  27. a reasonable offer, and I'll consider it.

  36. Please specify the disk format desired - if you don't, I'll assume
  37. 3 1/2", 1.44Mb High Density format.

  39. BE SURE to include your phone number and return address so I can send
  40. you the source code to Menusys and Menulib, and can notify you when
  41. upgrades are available to the programs.  Once you register, you're
  42. automatically registered for ALL future versions of both libraries.

  44. Distributors: Please distribute this entire package/archive freely,
  45.           making every attempt to keep the files together.
  46.  
  47. BBS Sysops may break up and re-archive this package, providing all the
  48. accompanying files are kept together.
