  5.     Fill in the Name: and Address: fields of the following form
  6.     completely and legibly.  Please type or print.  Save a copy
  7.     of the information.  You will re-enter it in the registration
  8.     dialog after receiving your registration number via mail.
  9.  
  10.     To avoid problems with differing codepages (trust me), don't
  11.     use any characters outside the normal ASCII range (32-127).
  12.     That includes accented foreign (foreign to this ignorant
  13.     one-language American) characters.  Sorry if this seems an
  14.     inconvenience, but it could well save problems with getting
  15.     the information to match with your registration number and
  16.     avoid any delays.

  18.     The Name: field and the first two lines of the Address: fields
  19.     MUST be filled in.  The third line of the Address: field is
  20.     optional.  Commercial registrants will probably give the name
  21.     of their company in the Name: field.

  23.     I do NOT share this information with anyone.  I put it in a file
  24.     drawer and there it stays -- I won't send you annoying
  25.     advertisements and such.

  27.     Please DO take the time to drop a line with any suggestions
  28.     you may have.  That's where many of the improvements in FM/2
  29.     have come from -- registering users' input.

  31.     KEEP A COPY OF THIS FORM UNTIL YOUR REGISTRATION NUMBER ARRIVES.
  32.     That way you won't have to guess about exactly what you gave me
  33.     to enter into the online registration dialog.

  35.     You can also register via Compuserve's SWREG service (#2859,
  36.     personal diskless registration only).  This is recommended for
  37.     foreign registrations as the postal services are so unreliable
  38.     if mail crosses a large body of water (don't ask me why).
