- <P>Use <B>b<I>FAX</I></B>Ö<B> Lite</B> to create and transmit facsimile
- versions of your existing text documents using a standard PC Card fax/modem.

- <LI>To create a New Fax, choose New Fax from the Fax menu. </LI>
- <LI>A new item appears in the Fax Workspace. (<B>Tip:</B> Now is a good
- time to rename the fax simply by typing.) </LI>
- <LI>Faxes act like folders, holding information about which documents are
- to be sent to which recipients. When a fax is selected on the left, its
- recipients and documents show up in the list windows on the right. </LI>
- <LI>After adding at least one document and one recipient to a fax, you
- can choose to send it.</LI>
- <LI>You can preview the fax using <B>b<I>View</I></B>,
- a companion program that can also run independently.</LI>
- <LI>A fax moves to the Outbox when you choose to send it, and disappears
- from the Outbox when the delivery succeeds. </LI>
- <LI>A record of information about each successful transmission is stored
- in Sent Items for your reference. </LI>
