  4. WristRest is a simple Pilot utility whose sole purpose is to remind you to take breaks when
  5. you are working. Taking regular breaks and stretching or walking around is a good way to safe
  6. your body from the dangers of RSI.
  7.  
  8. Use of WristRest is simple. Enter the length of time you wish to work and the length of time
  9.  you wish to break. Press 'Start' when you begin work. An alarm will sound when its time to 
  10. stop working and your break can begin. A second alarm will sound at the end of the break time.
  11. This cycle continues until you press the 'Stop' button or you switch to another application.
  12. Note that all WristRest alarms are cancelled when you switch to any other Pilot application.

  14. WristRest is FREE, all I ask is that you send me some email if you use it regularly, as its 
  15. helpful to know how many people are using my software.
