  5.  Digital Vaults & its Sysop make no warranties or representations whatsoever 
  6.  and shall not be responsible in any manner whatsoever for liability or 
  7.  incidental and/or consequential damages. The user acknowledges that 
  8.  Digital Vaults is a Public Bulletin Board System which is accessible 
  9.  by the public at large and that its Sysop cannot control the programs or 
  10.  information loaded into the system. In particular because files are
  11.  machine tested only it is not possible to ensure that commercial software
  12.  packages have not been uploaded, although it is the Sysop's policy to
  13.  remove users who do this from the system, and to delete the offending file(s).

  15.  If you discover commercial software in an archive downloaded from this 
  16.  BBS please notify the Sysop so the offender can be dealt with!

  18.  The liability of Digital Vaults shall in all cases including negligence be
  19.  limited to an amount equal to the fees received from the claimant during the
  20.  preceding one (1) month period.
