  1. Included on this disk is the zip file MCICLB.ZIP.  This file contains
  2. the programs More Control and ICL Builder.  Both programs are meant
  3. to be distributed in a single zip.  However, you may break the programs
  4. up into two different packages, ONLY IF ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY!  Be sure
  5. and include copies of the common files (orderfrm.txt, license.txt,
  6. ceopress.txt) in both packages.

  8. Please replace any old copies of More Control (file morecn.zip) with
  9. this new file.
