Transcription: Leonardo never actually flew but he was in good company. In 1979 human powered flight was finally achieved. The Gossamer Albatross made of cardboard, plastic sheeting, aluminum tubes and piano wire was flown across the English Channel fulfilling Leonardo's greatest dream.
