  10. This app benchmarks your Palm relative to other Palm models.  It measures
  11. CPU performance and bus bandwidth utilization.  Higher percentages = faster
  12. perfomance.

  14. Benchmark performs a CPU and memory-intensive Fibonacci calculation to test
  15. speed and bus bandwidth utilization.

  18. NEW IN VERSION 2.0: The Visor Platinum has been added to the table, and the
  19. baseline 100% device is now the Palm IIIe/IIIxe.

  22. Benchmark was written and compiled on-board a Palm Vx using Quartus Forth.
  23. It's a freeware demonstration of Quartus Forth' ability to produce compact,
  24. fast, stand-alone apps.
