  1. END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

  3. IMPORTANT-READ CAREFULLY:  This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal
  4. agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and 
  5. Megasoft2000, Ltd. ("Megasoft2000") for the software accompanying this EULA, which
  6. includes computer software and may include associated media, printed materials,
  7. and "online" or electronic documentation ("SOFTWARE").  By exercising your rights
  8. to make and use copies of the SOFTWARE, you agree to be bound by the terms of
  9. this EULA.  If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, you may not use the
  10. SOFTWARE.

  12. The SOFTWARE is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, 
  13. as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The SOFTWARE is licensed, 
  14. not sold.

  16. LICENSE

  18. 1. GRANT OF LICENSE.

  20. This EULA grants you the following rights:
  21.  
  22. a) You may install and use only one copy of the SOFTWARE at any given time.
  23. b) You may not reproduce or distribute copies of the SOFTWARE.
  24. c) You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the SOFTWARE. 
  25. d) The SOFTWARE is licensed as a single product.  Its component parts may not
  26. be separated for use on more than one computer.
  27. e) You may transfer all of your rights under this EULA, provided the recipient
  28. agrees to the terms of this EULA.
  29. f) Without prejudice to any other rights, Megasoft2000 may terminate this EULA if
  30. you fail to comply with the terms and conditions herein.  In such event, you must
  31. destroy all copies of the SOFTWARE and all of its component parts.

  34. 2. COPYRIGHT.
  35.  
  36. The SOFTWARE is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties,
  37. as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties.  All title and
  38. copyrights in and to the SOFTWARE (including but not limited to any images,
  39. photographs, animations, video, audio, music and text incorporated into the
  40. SOFTWARE, the accompanying printed materials, and any copies of the SOFTWARE are
  41. owned by Megasoft2000).

  43. 3. LIMITED WARRANTY.

  45. a) NO WARRANTIES. Megasoft2000 expressly disclaims any warranty for the SOFTWARE. 
  46. The SOFTWARE is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or
  47. implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties of
  48. merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.  The
  49. entire risk arising out of use or performance of the SOFTWARE remains with you.
  50. b) NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. In no event shall Megasoft2000 or its
  51. suppliers be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation,
  52. damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business
  53. information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability
  54. to use the SOFTWARE even if Megasoft2000 has been advised of the possibility of such
  55. damages.  Because some states/jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or
  56. limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above
  57. limitation may not apply to you.
  58. c) NO LIABILITY FOR ERRORS OR OMISSION. Megasoft2000 expressly disclaims any
  59. liability for errors or omissions in the content of the SOFTWARE.

  61. 4. RESERVATIONS.

  63. All rights to the SOFTWARE not expressly granted herein are reserved by Megasoft2000.

  65. 7. MISCELLANEOUS. 
  66.  
  67. a) This software is distributed as shareware. Megasoft2000 grants you a non-exclusive 
  68. license to evaluate the software.  After evaluating the software, you are required 
  69. to remove the software or pay for a registration number. Once registered, 
  70. you may continue to use the software. 
  71. b) Technical support and free update are available only for those customers who have 
  72. bought Megasoft2000 programs from the sites listed at this address:
