Its only function is to set the battery type to NiCad (I use NiMH batteries, and PalmOS versions prior to 3.3 consider NiCad and NiMH to be the same, and I dont have a set of 3.3 headers, so its called NiMHSet anyway), set the warn voltage threshold to 2.26, and the critical voltage threshold to 1.60 after every hard or soft reset. On later OS, you cant pick the voltage anyway, so the lack of configurability isnt a major issue. Note that if you dont use FlashPro or something similar, it wont be around after a hard reset.

BatteryInfo 1.2 (OS/3.0) TRY IT!
BatteryInfo is a PalmPilot application which displays the current battery information about your PalmPilot - voltage, percent charge remaining, battery type, and the threshold voltages at which low battery warnings are generated. You can also edit the battery type (alkaline, NiCad, lithium) as well as the threshold voltages for the low battery warnings.
