A pattern based music sequencer. It provides a simple yet powerful interface for creating musical patterns of various instruments or drum kits, layering these patterns, and performing them on the Palm's built in speaker or any standard MIDI hardware (MIDI required for drum patterns). Using the Palm Platform's large touch sensitive screen, it is easy to see every aspect of a pattern at once and manipulate it with the stylus while it plays.

Theremini 3.0 (OS/2.0)
Theremini emulates a theremin using the speaker in Palm devices or by sending out MIDI messages to control external hardware. While the built-in speaker leaves a bit to be desired, it can be useful for doodling and special effects. Of more importance is the MIDI output. The messages sent are very configurable. This is the first realtime MIDI controller for PalmOS. It has more features than the Korg KAOS PAD controller.

Like a real tuning fork, TuningFork gives a tone for the note 'A'. The actual frequency of 'A' is not cast in stone. It can vary from A415-A445, more or less. For example, early instruments might tune their A at 415, since the instrument could not withstand the higher tension. A modern orchestra might go over 440.Once the 'A' is established, then all other notes for your instrument can be done by ear. This is how tuning is done in a symphony orchestra. Our EbonyIvoryTM program gives chromatic pitches, based on A440, but it is not totally in tune since the PalmPilot can play only integer frequencies.
