  5. Corporate and Governmental Site License
  6. ---------------------------------------

  8. This is a license for use of the software within your company or goverment
  9. agency, and is not transferable.  This allows internal use and copying of
  10. the software for as many sites / computers as contracted for.
  11.  
  12. The unlimited Site License allows unlimited copying of the software for
  13. internal use by your company or government agency.  This license also
  14. includes the permission to copy and use the software on your company's
  15. employees' home computers provided it is used for your company business
  16. purposes or employee training.  This license does not allow for employee
  17. private use.
  18.  
  19. Employee home computer use may be added to multiple copy license at 25% of
  20. the cost of that license.  Employee private use can be added to a license
  21. that includes employee home computer use at 25% of the cost of that
  22. license.  Please note that all support requests must be funnelled through
  23. your company.  We will not provide support for home computers directly to
  24. your employees.

  26. Distributing, repackaging, or reselling of the software to third parties
  27. is not allowed.  All licenses are prepaid.

  29. Every license, single or multiple, includes program updates up to and
  30. including the next software version when that version becomes available.

  74. The LICENSOR warrants that it is sole owner of the software and has full
  75. power and authority to grant this license herein without consent of any
  76. other party.

  78. MAZE hereby disclaims all warranties relating to this software, whether
  79. express or implied, including without limitation any implied warranties of
  80. merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.  MAZE will not be
  81. liable for any special, incidental, consequential, indirect or similar
  82. damages due to loss of data or any other reason, even if MAZE or an agent
  83. of MAZE has been advised of the possibility of such damages.  In no event
  84. shall MAZE's liability for any damages ever exceed the price paid for the
  85. license to use the software, regardless of the form of the claim.  The
  86. person using the software bears all risk as to the quality and performance
  87. of the software.

  89. This agreement shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws
  90. of the STATE OF NEW JERSEY.  Any action or proceeding brought by either
  91. party against the other arising out of or related to this agreement shall
  92. be brought only in a STATE or FEDERAL COURT of competent jurisdiction
  93. located in Somerset county, New Jersey.  The parties hereby consent to in
  94. personam jurisdiction of said courts.
