Transcription: It's very sweet but it's very strong, it's really warming my throat and that sweetness, it is rather like the grapes themselves and then you get a richness of blackberries and black plums coming into the wine. There's a streak of herbs on the side of the wine like thyme, like rosemary and a peppery quality too and right at the finish suddenly you get a rather spicy, kitchen spice kind of quality but all the way through you know it's strong alcoholic wine because I can feel my throat really warming.
