Transcription: Yes, there's a lot of smell there but it's not like tasting a sort of New World Cabernet where you could immediately see fruit flavors. Everything's rather more reserved here. There's a little bit of black currant, a little bit of black cherry probably but there's an earthiness there which is exactly what there ought to be. This has been grown on gravel soils and the gravel soils leave a slight earthy quality in the flavor of the wine. you
