Cabernet Sauvignon is the great grape of Bordeaux in France, but California nowadays makes many of the finest Cabernet Sauvignons in the world. California in general is a warm climate, so what we're looking for here is a wine with a deep color, with a big structure, and with intense fruit flavors. Let's see whether we get it. Well certainly that's a lovely deep color. It's quite mature, the wine is six years old and it's really holding its color well.
