Transcription: The colour of a wine is a major clue to its age and the age of a wine is a major clue to its flavour. This wine here is a young Beaujolais Nouveau and it's got a bright, fresh, pinky red kind of colour and the flavour is going to be all youthful vibrancy, all freshness. It's like fruit just picked off the bush. Now this wine here is a nine year old Reserva wine from Rioja in Spain. The red has lost all its fresh youthfulness, it's become bricky red, it's become orangey brown and the flavor mature almost over mature and the fruit becoming positively stewed.
