  91. 1.  To install the unregistered shareware version normally supplied on
  92.     diskette, in Windows run the program SETUP.EXE from the diskette,
  93.     and follow the installation instructions.
  94. 2.  To install the unregistered shareware version downloaded from a BBS
  95.     or the Internet, unpack the file "MMANvvv.ZIP" to either a separate
  96.     directory - such as "TEMP" - or a floppy diskette. Then, in Windows
  97.     run the program SETUP.EXE from where it was unpacked to, and follow
  98.     the installation instructions.
