  12.     DESCRIPTION 
  13.         SignalRC  allows  you  to  send  any  of  the  break  signals to
  14.         ReqChange.  You  may  send  the  break  C, D, E, or F signal. If
  15.         started  from  Workbench,  this program will look for the SIGNAL
  16.         tooltype,  and  use  the  signal  found there. If no appropriate
  17.         value  was  found  (or  there  were  any  error  in  getting the
  18.         ToolType  information from the icon), SignalRC will send a break
  19.         E.  Why  E?  Well,  I  wrote  this  program  mainly  becuase  it
  20.         otherwise  could  be  hard  to  send  the  E signal to ReqChange
  21.         (which can be needed if you are running 1.3).

  23.     OPTIONS 
  24.         signal  -  The signal to send. If no appropriate value is found,
  25.         send  break  e.   The first none-whitespace character found will
  26.         be taken as the signal char.

  28.     EXAMPLE 
  29.         Tell  ReqChange  to  open its window (only works on OS 2.0). Use
  30.         the tooltype "SIGNAL=F" to do the same from Workbench:
