  1.   Fortron is based on a deadly game from the SF movie "Tron."
  2. The initial algorithm was written in about 1.5(!) hours by
  3. Stefo from Australia. Vast improvements were added by our
  4. assistant editor Paul Holt, also from Australia.

  7. Playing the game.
  8. -----------------

  10.   Press any key except ESC to pass the introduction screen
  11. and begin the game. The screen will be divided in two.
  12. The right side belongs to the green player while the left to
  13. the red. Each player controls his vehicle using a joystick.
  14. While the "motorcycles" move around, they leave behind a wall
  15. of color. The aim of the game is to block your opponent,
  16. forcing him to crash into either the red or the green wall
  17. or to collide with the borders.

  19.   You can also increase the speed of your vehicle by pressing
  20. the fire button. Releasing the button will lower the speed back.

  22.   The winner is the first to crash his opponent 7 times.

  25. Quitting the game.

  28.   Quitting the game is possible by pressing the ESC button
  29. at the introduction screen only, before and after each game.
