  33. THE GAME:
  34.  
  35. New Stubb City was created using DOMARK's Virtual Reality Studio on an Amiga
  36. A500 equipped with a GVP harddrive and 5 megs of ram.  Some functions, such
  37. as screen messages, are processor dependant and may be difficult to grasp on
  38. accelarated machines.  Other than that it should run fine.  If you have
  39. trouble let me know.

  41. Run the game via icon from workbench provide you have ICONX in the SYS:C/
  42. path.  Or you may run the game from CLI by simply entering the one word
  43. command:  "NSC"  Unfortunately New Stubb City will take over your OS forcing
  44. you to reboot when your done.  There is no "QUIT" option.
  45.  
  46. You are cast as Beorge Gush Drug Enforcement Agent.  Your mission:  to rid
  47. New Stubb City of the pestulant Crack Babies which are sucking up the flow
  48. of Social dollars and raising havoc for our inner city hospitals.  In their
  49. pupal stage, crack babies appear as whitish packets of crystalized hell.
  50. They come in various sizes and temperaments.  Be careful.  Search for them
  51. everywhere, high and low, and around corners.  If you see one, don't ask
  52. questions, blast the critter!  If you get them all, you will be promoted
  53. to air patrol... but that's reserved for registered users only.
  54.  
  55. To move around in Virtual Reality, you use the mouse and the on screen
  56. control panal.  The left mouse button is normal mode.  The right mouse
  57. button will double the rate at which you travel and turn.  You may find
  58. it less frustrating to use the right mouse button exclusively while turning.
  59. This way you'll turn in even 30 degree increments.

  61. To shoot, simply press the left mouse button while the crosshairs are
  62. on the playing screen.

  64. To activate, pick up, or touch somthing use the right mouse button.
  65.  
  66. You may walk or crawl.  Look up or down.  If you get disoriented, use the
  67. straight ahead key to right your vision.  Your eye level is represented
  68. by a visible sight.  It will let you know if you can pass under an object.
  69. The sight may be turned off if you like.

  71. Save games often.  Games are saved to the same path the game was launched
  72. from unless specified.  If you get stuck you can bail out or simply wander
  73. around forever until you shoot the right thing, or enter the right
  74. series of doors in the correct order.  Be observant.  Don't do drugs.
