  1. ships {<ships>} {<fleet>}
  2.     Like census, but displays info for ships. If <ships> is not given, all
  3.     of your ships will be displayed. if <fleet> is given then only ships in
  4.     that fleet will be displayed. You may also use conditions to list
  5.     ships the same as you can for sectors. The conditions of a ship which
  6.     can be tested are:
  7.          efficiency, mobility, military, planes, shells, ore, civilians,
  8.          guns, bars, type, tf (tech factor), and owner
  9.     The last is only useful for the Deity.
  10.     This command DOES update the ships.
