  4.     for sale will be a new lot, and each exchange with things for sale will
  5.     be a new lot. Your offering will be visible on the trade report, and is
  6.     open to anybody you are allied or neutral towards. Purchasers may buy
  7.     however much they want of whatever is offered at your exchange.
