  1. change country <country>
  2.     switch to another country
  3. change name
  4.     change this country's name (current password needed)
  5. change password
  6.     change this country's password (current password needed)
  7. change notify [message|telegram|both]
  8.     change what you want to happen for automatic messages generated by the
  9.     Empire program, such as when people attack you. You can have the
  10.     information sent as a direct message (only when you are logged on),
  11.     stored as a telegram, or both.
  12. change compressed
  13.     Toggles the default mode for map output. By default map output is NOT
  14.     compressed. The setting can be temporarily overrided by using the "!"
  15.     or "compressed" option of the map command.
