  48.   Modified afaxprt to try to cope with faxes longer than single-sheet,
  49.   for use with laser printers. Configuration option MinLines allows
  50.   user to specify minimum number of lines on a page before printing
  51.   it, to get over problem of faxes JUST larger than one sheet.

  54.   dvifax added to registered version distribution. Thanks to Tomas
  55.   Rokicki of Radical Eye Software for help in getting this going.

  59.   ***** IMPORTANT ****** Config options changed *******
  60.   Version 1.23 of faa and afaxsend now use the RSetup and WSetup
  61.   config options, if set, for total modem setup. The config lines take
  62.   multiple space-separated strings, each MUST be preceded by an AT.
  63.   If you use these lines, you MUST put in the correct modem setup strings.

  84.   Converted to use OwnDevUnit locking, rather than Dillon UUCP1.15
  85.   locking system. Modified getty from UUCP1.16 to include in
  86.   distribution. (Note that you can still use 1.15 style locking by
  87.   defining the variable "Lock115"
  88.   Added environmental variable support. All Config-file variables can
  89.   be environmental (ENV:) variables now. This will take precedence.
