- Modified afaxprt to try to cope with faxes longer than single-sheet,
- for use with laser printers. Configuration option MinLines allows
- user to specify minimum number of lines on a page before printing
- it, to get over problem of faxes JUST larger than one sheet.

- ***** IMPORTANT ****** Config options changed *******
- Version 1.23 of faa and afaxsend now use the RSetup and WSetup
- config options, if set, for total modem setup. The config lines take
- multiple space-separated strings, each MUST be preceded by an AT.
- If you use these lines, you MUST put in the correct modem setup strings.
- See the example on the distribution.
