  2. Usage: /tap [<name> <name> ...]
  3.   A SYSOP command to wire tap the user, so that whatever a user
  4.   is whispering, you'll "hear" it.  The user who is whispering
  5.   does not know you are doing this.  This command should only
  6.   be used to keep the integrity of the system, and should not
  7.   be used for pleasure.
