  2. Usage: /channel <number>|<name>
  3.   This command allows you to change from the current channel
  4.   to another one.  Note that entering the channel you
  5.   specified is not always possible since  some channels have
  6.   restrictions such as user limits.  You can only use the
  7.   <name> option if a channel is already created with that
  8.   name.  All channels must be created with the <number>
  9.   option.  The possible channel number range is 0 and
  10.   2,147,483,647.
