  11. This song was composed using MED (Music EDitor) version 3.21 by
  12. Teijo Kinnunen of Finland.  I highly recommend this program.  The song
  13. uses one synthsound ('FX2') and the Decay command ($08), so you will want
  14. to use a version of MED which supports these features.

  16. About "Read My Lie (Internet Mix)"
  17. ----------------------------------
  18.     The original version of this song was done with Sonix 2.0.  I also
  19. did a 'remix' of the song in MED, but I'd be surprised if you've heard it
  20. since I didn't distribute it.  The current 'Internet Mix' is the most fully
  21. developed of the three.  It is so named because I intend to upload this
  22. module to an 'anonymous ftp site' on the Internet.
  23.     The song is based on samples of those famous words of Mr. George Bush,
  24. a politician of the highest order (you see how I feel about politicians
  25. :-)  In case you're wondering, yes I did do a little creative sample
  26. splicing to make the 'lie' sample... I don't think G.B. said "read my lie".
  27. Anyway, the 'lie' sample doesn't sound completely natural.  Oh well.
  28.     Also included in the song are samples of Bart Simpson, SOUL II SOUL,
  29. New Order, and finally the 'DetunedSaw' which I created with a program I
  30. wrote.  The music (or noise) is somewhat strange, so be prepared.  Also, if
  31. it is at all possible, play this song through a nice stereo system.  I've
  32. tried to keep the beat fairly relentless.  :-)
