  3.   IBM TCP/IP 2.0 Corrective Service for OS/2 X Window System Client

  6.         This file contains additions and corrections that apply to the
  7.         information that accompanies the X Window System Client Kit.
  8.         Please read this file before using the X Window System Client
  9.         Kit. You can also print this file and attach it to your X
  10.         Window System Client Guide.

  12.   1.  The X client kit now creates the tcpip\x11\nls subdirectory that
  13.       contains files for X11R5 international language requirements.
  14.       The nls.alias file is renamed nls.ali, due to the 8 character
  15.       limit for FAT file system names.
  16.  
  17.   2.  Xrdb now supports the -cpp option.
  18.  
  19.   3. In order to define a Meta key, you must execute the
  20.      following commands:
  21.  
  22.      echo keysym Alt_L = Alt_L Meta_L >tmp.lis
  23.      xmodmap tmp.lis
  24.  
  25.      This will define the alt key as a Meta key. tmp.lis is a
  26.      temporary file. You could may change this file name if you
  27.      prefer.

  29.   4. The file xkeysymdb has been renamed xkeysymd, in order to
  30.      conform to the 8 character limit for FAT file systems.

  32.   5. These additional X Client applications are shipped:

  34.       xsetroot    maze        oclock     xedit       xfontsel
  35.  
  36.   6. Xant has been changed:
  37.  
  38.       o   For reading the key profile for customized key mapping
  39.       o   To be able to open the display when the socket number is
  40.           greater than 512.
