  2.    EXTDESK is a WPS Class DLL for the "ExtendedDesktop" object class,
  3. which is a subclass of the "WPDesktop" object class.  Its purpose     
  4. is to extend the functions of the OS/2 2.x Desktop object.

  6.    ExtendedDesktop extends the OS/2 2.x WPS Desktop to:

  8. 1) Optionally remove Arrange & Sort from the Desktop context menu.  
  9. 2) Align groups of icons on the Desktop vertically or horizontally. 
  10. 3) Snap-to-Grid with user defined Grid Spacing.                     
  11. 4) Precisely position individual icons on the Desktop from the Settings Notebook.
  12. 5) Precisely position individual icons on the Desktop from C or REXX.
