  6. INSTALLATION OF SYSTEM NOTEBOOK ON YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM
  7. IMPLIES AGREEMENT WITH THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BELOW.

  9. DISTRIBUTION OF SYSTEM NOTEBOOK, ITS ACCOMPANYING
  10. PROGRAMS AND DOCUMENTATION, IS CONSIDERED AS IS.  VACNAT SOFTWARE
  11. OFFERS NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.  THIS
  12. INCLUDES, BUT IS IN NO WAY LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF SYSTEM NOTEBOOK'S
  13. MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
  14. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL VACNAT SOFTWARE BE LIABLE FOR
  15. ANY DAMAGES WHICH RESULT FROM THE USE OF THIS PROGRAM OR THE INABILITY
  16. TO USE IT.  EXCLUSION FROM LIABILITY INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO,
  17. LOST PROFITS, LOST SAVINGS, OR ANY OTHER INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL
  18. DAMAGES.

  20. System Notebook is distributed as Shareware. It is
  21. not free, freeware, or in the public domain. You may use System Notebook
  22. for a trial period of thirty days, at no cost to
  23. you, to determine if it fits your needs.  If you decide to use
  24. System Notebook regularly, you are expected to register it and
  25. pay the applicable registration fee.  Individual copies of the
  26. unregistered version of System Notebook may be given to
  27. your friends and associates for the same thirty day free trial period.
  28. You may also upload System Notebook to the public section
  29. of a public BBS.

  31. You may not modify or dis-assemble System Notebook, nor
  32. distribute any modified or dis-assembled versions of it.
  33. System Notebook may not be included with any other product
  34. without written permission from VacNat Software.

  36. Registered copies of System Notebook can be used on more
  37. than one computer at a time as long as no more than one of these
  38. computers is running System Notebook at the same time.
  39. You may make backup copies of System Notebook as necessary
  40. for archival purposes only.

  42. U.S.  Government RESTRICTED RIGHTS:  Use, duplication, or disclosure
  43. by the Government is subject to restrictions as set forth in
  44. subdivision (b)(3)(ii) of the Rights in Technical Data and Computer
  45. Software clause at 252.227-7013.
