  16.    1. Copy CPUMONP.EXE to a directory in your path (e.g., c:\os2);
  17.    2. Copy CPUMONP.HLP to a directory in your HELP path (e.g., c:\os2\help).

  21. About CPU Monitor Plus:

  23. CPU Monitor Plus is an OS/2 utility that brings the performance and
  24. analysis power of the mainframe computer to the personal computer and 
  25. workstation user.  Using both predefined and customized views, a 
  26. variety of important performance data is displayed.  CPU Monitor Plus 
  27. continuously gathers system statistics and analyzes them for display 
  28. in Real-Time.  Here is just some of the information available from 
  29. CPU Monitor Plus' fully configurable displays:

  31.            CPU utilization for all processes and threads;
  32.            RAM utilization for all processes;
  33.            Estimated Idle CPU time;
  34.            Process and thread execution priority;
  35.            Process and thread execution status;
  36.            Child-Parent-Session relationships between processes;

  42. Use CPU Monitor Plus to determine if your PC or workstation has 
  43. sufficient resources for your specific program requirements.  Monitor 
  44. the CPU usage for any or all of your programs, processes, and threads.  
  45. Immediately identify those programs monopolizing the computer's 
  46. resources.  Monitor the RAM requirements and real-time RAM utilization 
  47. for any or all selected programs.

  50. both major application programs and small utilities.  CPU Monitor Plus

  73. This version of CPU Monitor Plus is for demonstration purposes only.  
  74. Please feel free to distribute the compressed file as you wish.  CPU 
  75. Monitor Plus is, however, protected under international copyright laws.  
  76. As such, no portion of the program and/or documentation may be altered 
  77. or extracted from the program as a whole.  CPU Monitor Plus may not be 
  78. incorporated into any other software program.

  80. As you will notice, most of the functions in this demonstration 
  81. version have been disabled.  Also, the CPU Monitor Plus device driver
  82. and dynamic link libraries are not included.  Without these components,
  83. the CPU utilization accuracy is impaired and no RAM data is available.
  84. Context sensitive help is available; simply press the F1 key or a HELP
