  7. Most documents created within IBM are in the AFP format (LIST3820,
  8. LIST38PP, PSEG3820).  lp3820 allows you to print AFP documents on
  9. personal laser printers (IBM LaserPrinter, HP LaserJet, and any
  10. PostScript printer).

  12. lp3820 consists of a single program which will run in any version
  13. of OS/2, or in DOS 3.3 and above.

  15. Most common AFP files print on all printers.  Rotated pages do not
  16. print correctly on an HP-PCL or IBM LaserPrinter 4019.  Multi-up
  17. pages are supported only in PostScript.

  19. The lp3820 function consists of two packages, each contains a single
  20. zip file.

  22. lp3820 - Program, metrics files, profile, document and tests.
  23.          This is all you need for PostScript or 4029 PPDS.
