  57.    If you want to speed up or slow down LOOK2's keyboard response, use 
  58.    KEYRATE.EXE to set the keyboard delay/typematic rate.  KEYRATE will 
  59.    effect all OS/2 sessions, but it must be executed in a full-screen 
  60.    session.  Syntax is:

  62.      KEYRATE delay-milleseconds characters-per-second

  64.    An even better way to execute KEYRATE.EXE is from CONFIG.SYS with the 
  65.    CALL statement.  For example:
