  10.                      Invalid return code for blocking timeouts;
  11.                      Switching from blocking mode to non-blocking could
  12.                      lose a thread currently blocked.

  14. Oct 1991 - v1.02    One Bug fix, One enhancement:
  15.                      Internal buffer overflows would mess up the byte
  16.                      count.  Closing the device will now cause an automatic
  17.                      reset on the MPU device (for error handling).  Added
  18.                      some (minimal) documentation on the utility programs

  20. Nov 1992 - v1.03   Enhanced for OS/2 2.0, to coexist with DOS programs
