  30.        IF YOU DOWNLOAD OR USE THESE PROGRAMS YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS.

  32.        The IBM company in the country where you will be using this
  33.        package, grants you a license to use the Program. The Program
  34.        is copyrighted and licensed (not sold). We do not transfer
  35.        title to the Program to you. You obtain no rights other than
