  4. License Agreement for IBM Credit Card for Ethernet
  5.                Adapter Device Drivers
  6. IF YOU DOWNLOAD OR USE THIS PROGRAM YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS.

  8. International Business Machines Corporation grants you a
  9. license to use the Program, only in the country where you
  10. acquired it. The Program is copyrighted and licensed
  11. (not sold). We do not transfer title to the Program to you.
  12. You obtain no rights other than those granted you under
  13. this license.
  14.  
  15. Under this license, you may:
  16. - make copies of the Program for backup purposes; and
  17. - make copies of the original file you downloaded and
  18.   distribute them, provided that you transfer a copy of
  19.   this license to the other party. The other party agrees
  20.   to these terms by its first use of the Program.
  21.  
  22. You must reproduce the copyright notice and any other legend of
  23. ownership on each copy or partial copy, of the Program.
  24.  
  25. You may NOT:
  26. - use, merge, copy, display, adapt, modify, execute,
  27.   distribute, or transfer the Program, except as provided
  28.   in this license;
  29. - sublicense, rent, lease, or assign the Program; and
  30. - reverse assemble, reverse compile, or otherwise translate
  31.   the Program.

  33. The warranty details and limitations are described in the
  34. IBM System Programs License Agreement that accompanied
  35. the IBM Credit Card for Ethernet Adapter.

  37. You may terminate this license at any time. We may
  38. terminate this license if you fail to comply with any of
  39. its terms.  In either event, you must destroy all your
  40. copies of the Program.

  42. You are responsible for the payment of any taxes resulting
  43. from this license.
  44.  
  45. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or subcontract any of
  46. your rights or obligations under this license.
  47. Any attempt to do so is void.
  48.  
  49. Neither of us may bring a legal action more than two years
  50. after the cause of action arose.
  51.  
  52. If you acquired the Program in the United States, this
  53. license is governed by the laws of the State of New York.
  54. If you acquired the Program in Canada, this license is
  55. governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario.
  56. Otherwise, this license is governed by the laws of the
  57. country in which you acquired the Program.
