  4.       The following may be modified at any time without notice.

  6.       Users that have previously registered SIO can use REREG.EXE to
  7.       transfer the registration information to a new version of SIO. 
  8.       Simply unzip the new SIO files into a temporary directory, change
  9.       to that directory, execute REREG and answer the questions.  After
  10.       doing the above, all of the files in the temporary directory will
  11.       have been registered.  You must then copy all the SYS and EXE
  12.       files from the temporary directory to their normal directory
  13.       (overlaying the old registered version).  Then you must reboot. 
  14.       You may also want to check your CONFIG.SYS for the path of the
  15.       SIO/VSIO being loaded and make sure both the new ones are being
  16.       loaded.

  18.       If REREG will not transfer your registration information from a
  19.       previous version of SIO to the new version, then an upgrade must
  20.       be ordered on disk.

  22.       If:
  23.            1 - You have an Internet address or CompuServe address
  24.            2 - You can accept uuencoded files (if Internet)
  25.            3 - You registered SIO for more than 4 ports
  26.  
  27.       then upgrades will be Emailed to you (upon request) at no charge. 
  28.       It is too expensive to send files via FidoNet.
