  11.                           REGISTRATION/ORDERING INFORMATION

  13.           A SIO/VSIO/VX00 registration licenses you to use the product on a
  14.           regular basis.  Individual users need register only one copy of
  15.           SIO/VSIO/VX00 for personal use;  registration includes licensed
  16.           use of all upgrades to the major version number registered.  When
  17.           the major version number changes, say from 1.55 to 2.00, you must
  18.           re-register (pay up again).  Upgrades are NOT automatically sent
  19.           to registered users.  See LICENSE.TXT for additional information.
  20.  
  21.           The registration fee covers only the use of the program.
  22.  
  23.           Please use the registration form (below) to send in your
  24.           registration fee.

  28.                            Corporate and Quantity Purchases
  29.  
  30.           All corporate, business, government or other commercial users of
  31.           SIO/VSIO/VX00 must be registered.  We offer quantity discounts
  32.           starting at the eleventh copy.  Corporate or site licensing is
  33.           also available.
  34.  
  35.           Licensing agreements allow duplication and distribution of
  36.           specific numbers of copies within the licensed institution. 
  37.           Duplication of multiple copies is not allowed except through
  38.           execution of a licensing agreement.

  40.           The quantity discounts are as follows:

  42.                00 - 10 copies:     no discount 
  43.                11 - 25 copies:     15% discount 
  44.                26 - 50 copies:     20% discount 
  45.                51 - 100 copies:    25% discount 
  46.                101+ copies:        30% discount

  48.           ALL PRICES AND DISCOUNTS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. 
  49.           Discounts are not cumulative; they apply to single orders of like
  50.           products only. Unit prices are the same as for individual users.
