  1. To build the SYSLIBD.DOC file from scratch, do the following:
  2.  
  3.      1) Extract SYSLIBD.CN, SYSLIBD.H, and SYSLIBD.BLD from
  4.           this library
  5.      2) Run CATNOTE (part of the DISCAT System from Echelon)
  6.           on SYSLIBD.CN to create SYSLIBD.WS; the target disk
  7.           for CATNOTE should have all SYSLIB files on it as
  8.           separate files
  9.      3) Run STARINDX (from MicroPro) on SYSLIBD.WS to create
  10.           SYSLIBD.SI, SYSLIBD.TOC, and SYSLIBD.IDX
  11.      4) Run MailMerge (from MicroPro) on SYSLIBD.BLD to create
  12.           SYSLIBD.DOC

  14. To build the SYSLIBD.DOC from this library, do the following:

  16.      1) Extract SYSLIBD.WS, SYSLIBD.H, and SYSLIBD.BLD from

  19.           SYSLIBD.SI, SYSLIBD.TOC, and SYSLIBD.IDX
  20.      3) Run MailMerge (from MicroPro) on SYSLIBD.BLD to create
