  1. Before you print the documentation, be sure you set your printer to NO FORM
  2. FEEDS and NO PERFORATION SKIP.  The documentation is formatted for 66 lines
  3. per page and will print very nicely provided your printer doesn't auto-skip
  4. perforation.  Print the first five pages as a test before you print the
  5. whole thing.
