  2.                 MaxFile/PM LICENSE FOR USE AND DISTRIBUTION

  5.           MaxFile/PM is not public domain software, nor is it free
  6.           software.

  8.           MaxFile/PM is copyright (C) 1993,94 by Craig A. Morrison.
  9.           All Rights Reserved.

  11.           Non-registered users are granted a limited license to use
  12.           MaxFile/PM on a trial basis, for a period not to exceed 45 days,
  13.           for the purpose of determining whether MaxFile/PM is suitable for
  14.           their needs.  Use of MaxFile/PM, except for this limited purpose,
  15.           requires registration.  Use of non-registered copies of
  16.           MaxFile/PM by any person, business, corporation, governmental
  17.           agency or other entity institution is strictly forbidden.

  19.           Registration grants a user the right to use MaxFile/PM only on
  20.           a single computer; a registered user may use the program on a
  21.           different computer, but may not use the program on more than one
  22.           computer at the same time.

  24.           No one may modify MaxFile/PM in any way, including but not
  25.           limited to decompiling, disassembling or otherwise reverse
  26.           engineering the program.
  27.  
  28.           All users are granted a limited license to copy MaxFile/PM
  29.           only for the trial use of others subject to the above
  30.           limitations, and also the following:

  32.              MaxFile/PM must be copied in unmodified form, complete
  33.              with all contents of the original distribution archive.
  34.              Bulletin board system operators (Sysops) are granted
  35.              permission to convert the distribution archive to another
  36.              format so long as the complete contents of the original
  37.              archive are transferred in whole.

  39.              No fee, charge or other compensation may be accepted or
  40.              requested by any licensee.

  42.              MaxFile/PM may not be distributed in conjunction with any
  43.              other product without the prior written consent of the
  44.              author.

  46.           Operators of electronic bulletin board systems may post
  47.           MaxFile/PM for downloading by their users only as long as the
  48.           above conditions are met.

  50.           Distributors of public domain or user supported software may
  51.           distribute copies of MaxFile/PM subject to the above
  52.           conditions.
