  3. END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR MICROSOFT SOFTWARE

  5. IMPORTANT-READ CAREFULLY:                                             
  6. This Microsoft End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between
  7. you (either an individual or a single entity) and Microsoft Corporation for 
  8. the Microsoft software product identified above, which includes computer 
  9. software and may include associated media, printed materials, and "online" 
  10. or electronic documentation ("SOFTWARE PRODUCT"). By installing, copying, or 
  11. otherwise using the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, you agree to be bound by the terms of 
  12. this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or 
  13. use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT; you may, however, return it to your place of purchase 
  14. for a full refund.

  16. SOFTWARE PRODUCT LICENSE
  17. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international copyright 
  18. treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The 
  19. SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed, not sold.

  21. 1. GRANT OF LICENSE. This EULA grants you the following rights:
  22.    - Installation and Use. You may install and use an unlimited number of 
  23.      copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
  24.    - Reproduction and Distribution. You may reproduce and distribute an 
  25.      unlimited number of copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT;  provided that each 
  26.      copy shall be a true and complete copy, including all copyright and 
  27.      trademark notices, and shall be accompanied by a copy of this EULA. 
  28.      Copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT may be distributed as a standalone product 
  29.      or included with your own product.

  31. 2. DESCRIPTION OF OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS. 
  32.    - Limitations on Reverse Engineering, Decompilation, and Disassembly.        
  33.      You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the SOFTWARE 
  34.      PRODUCT, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly 
  35.      permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation.
  36.    - Separation of Components. 
  37.      The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed as a single product. Its component parts 
  38.      may not be separated for use on more than one computer.
  39.    - Support Services. 
  40.      Microsoft may provide you with support services related to the SOFTWARE 
  41.      PRODUCT ("Support Services"). Use of Support Services is governed by the 
  42.      Microsoft policies and programs described in the user manual, in "online" 
  43.      documentation, and/or in other Microsoft-provided materials. Any 
  44.      supplemental software code provided to you as part of the Support Services 
  45.      shall be considered part of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT and subject to the terms 
  46.      and conditions of this EULA. With respect to technical information you 
  47.      provide to Microsoft as part of the Support Services, Microsoft may use 
  48.      such information for its business purposes, including for product support 
  49.      and development. Microsoft will not utilize such technical information in
  50.      a form that personally identifies you.
  51.    - Software Transfer. 
  52.      You may permanently transfer all of your rights under this EULA, provided 
  53.      the recipient agrees to the terms of this EULA.
  54.    - Termination. 
  55.      Without prejudice to any other rights, Microsoft may terminate this EULA 
  56.      if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this EULA. In 
  57.      such event, you must destroy all copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT and all 
  58.      of its component parts.

  60. 3. COPYRIGHT. 
  61.    All title and copyrights in and to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT (including but 
  62.    not limited to any images, photographs, animations, video, audio, music, 
  63.    text, and "applets" incorporated into the SOFTWARE PRODUCT), the 
  64.    accompanying printed materials, and any copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT 
  65.    are owned by Microsoft or its suppliers. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected 
  66.    by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. Therefore, you must 
  67.    treat the SOFTWARE PRODUCT like any other copyrighted material except that 
  68.    you may install the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on a single computer provided you 
  69.    keep the original solely for backup or archival purposes.

  71. 4. U.S. GOVERNMENT RESTRICTED RIGHTS. 
  72.    The SOFTWARE PRODUCT and documentation are provided with RESTRICTED RIGHTS. 
  73.    Use, duplication, or disclosure by the Government is subject to 
  74.    restrictions as set forth in subparagraph (c)(1)(ii) of the Rights in 
  75.    Technical Data and Computer Software clause at DFARS 252.227-7013 or 
  76.    subparagraphs (c)(1) and (2) of the Commercial Computer Software-Restricted
  77.    Rights at 48 CFR 52.227-19, as applicable. Manufacturer is Microsoft 
  78.    Corporation/One Microsoft Way/Redmond, WA 98052-6399.

  80. MISCELLANEOUS
  81. If you acquired this product in the United States, this EULA is governed by 
  82. the laws of the State of Washington. If you acquired this product in Canada, 
  83. this EULA is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Each of 
  84. the parties hereto irrevocably attorns to the jurisdiction of the courts of 
  85. the Province of Ontario and further agrees to commence any litigation which 
  86. may arise hereunder in the courts located in the Judicial District of York, 
  87. Province of Ontario. If this product was acquired outside the United States, 
  88. then local law may apply. Should you have any questions concerning this EULA, 
  89. or if you desire to contact Microsoft for any reason, please contact the 
  90. Microsoft subsidiary serving your country, or write:

  93. LIMITED WARRANTY                                                                
  94.    - NO WARRANTIES. 
  95.      Microsoft expressly disclaims any warranty for the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. 
  96.      The SOFTWARE PRODUCT and any related documentation is provided "as is" 
  97.      without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, 
  98.      without limitation, the implied warranties or merchantability, fitness 
  99.      for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. The entire risk arising 
  100.      out of use or performance of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT remains with you.
  101.    - NO LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES. 
  102.      In no event shall Microsoft or its suppliers be liable for any damages 
  103.      whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business 
  104.      profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any 
  105.      other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use this 
  106.      Microsoft product, even if Microsoft has been advised of the possibility 
  107.      of such damages. Because some states/jurisdictions do not allow the 
  108.      exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental 
  109.      damages, the above limitation may not apply to you.
