DIRECTIONS
The Park is in the southwestern part of the state in Vincennes. Take 6th Street on US 50 or Willow Street exit on US 41. Entrance to the Park is on Second Street.

Open year round. Peak visitor month is May. Winters are cold and snowy, Summers hot.
POINTS OF INTEREST
This classic memorial building, located on the site of old Fort Sackville, commemorates the capture of the fort from the British by Lt. Col. George Rogers Clark, February 25, 1779, and the subsequent settlement of the region north of the Ohio River.
