  29. Start off with a sword built like so. We use a fiberglass core
  30. wrapped in tape. Use as many layers of foam as necessary to make the
  31. blade as wide as a beer-hugger. Also place a layer or two of closed cell
  32. foam on the top to completly cover the core.

  62. with lots of glue. (Make sure to leave about half of it sticking off the
  63. tip.
