It's small and cosy, with buildings from a [PARA]variety of architectural styles arranged around 4 grass quads. [PARA]The large JCR,[ITAL] ideal for entertainments[EITAL], is on the ground floor of [PARA]a 70s building, where some of the 1st years live, and next to the [PARA]modern redbrick bar, which spills over onto a terrace, overlooking[PARA]Oxford. [ITAL]The JCR organises raves for the brave and is treated [PARA]with respect by the College authorities. As a result, the students [PARA]have a wailing whale of a time and, coming from diverse [PARA]backgrounds, are as down to earth as a peat bog.[EITAL][PARA][PARA]Bar; student bands and fortnightly bops in the JCR (cap 200); [PARA]concerts in chapel (250); JCR sometimes hires local clubs in [PARA]Oxford; black tie dinners each term and ball every other year.
