Welwyn Garden City (3 miles up the A1 and easily accessible by train) offers more by way of a good time. The SU has a snack bar and the Hertford bar serves snacks. Students chase a chomp at the Galleria's many eateries (including MacDonalds and other plastic food in plastic packs). Hatfield has a few restaurants (Indian, Italian, Greek and Chinese) and snack shops, such as burger bars, chippies and spud places.[PARA][PARA]
